Is THE CUT still happening?
THE CUT is canceled for now. We’re keeping interest on file and may do it again — follow Instagram for updates.
What is THE CUT?
A filmed 3v3 for the Noah Marrero channel — Elite and Open brackets, captains draft teams, every game on camera.
Is applying free — and when do players pay?
When THE CUT is on, applying is free. If you make a team in the draft, you pay $40 for your spot and shirt. No pay, no play. Once selected and paid, that fee is non-refundable.
Do you need a full team to play?
No — and you can’t bring one either. Everyone applies alone. Captains pick after tryouts. Friends can both apply, but there’s no guarantee you’ll end up together.
How do Elite and Open work?
Division choice is a preference. Final Elite / Open groups are set after tryouts so each side stays fair and capped at 12.

How do tryouts work?
Invite-only 3v3 on dual half-courts (up to 40). Showing up raises draft odds. Names are checked at the door.
Who can play?
Anyone who can make tryouts (if invited) and game day. We prefer players 18+, but the hard requirement is showing up when it counts.
What does captain interest mean?
On the application you can say you’re interested in being a captain. If you’re picked, you lead the team name, colors, and logo idea. Checking the box doesn’t guarantee the role.
Will I be on YouTube?
Yes — if you’re on a team, you’re on camera for the Noah Marrero channel. Playing means you’re comfortable with that.
What if I’m not selected?
We’ll email either way. There are no official alternates — if a roster spot opens later, we pull from the waitlist / remaining pool.
